Terms of Service

ChkPulse ("we", "us") provides website uptime monitoring, customer-journey checks, incident alerts, and status pages ("the Service"). These terms govern your use of the Service at chkpulse.com.

You must provide accurate signup information (name, email, phone).

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

One account per person; do not share logins. Use the Team feature to add colleagues.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or violate these terms.

Free plan: limited monitors and checks, as described on the pricing page.

Paid plans: billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown at checkout.

You may cancel anytime; the plan stays active until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.

If payment fails, we may downgrade you to the Free plan after notice.

You agree not to: monitor websites you do not own or lack permission to test; use the Service to attack, overload, or probe third-party systems; resell or white-label the Service without an Agency plan; attempt to breach the security of the Service or other users' data.

Email and SMS alerts are delivered on a best-effort basis through third-party providers. Delivery is not guaranteed (carriers filter, phones go offline).

SMS quiet hours apply: non-critical alerts are not sent between 10 PM and 7 AM in your timezone. Critical alerts always go through.

You are responsible for keeping your contact details current.

We target 99.9% availability of the Service itself but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Monitoring checks run on a best-effort schedule; gaps may occur during maintenance or outages.

The Service is a monitoring aid, not a substitute for your own operational practices.

You retain ownership of the websites, journey definitions, and alert rules you create.

You grant us a license to process this data solely to operate the Service.

You may export or delete your data at any time from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your data within 30 days.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for missed incidents, delayed alerts, or business losses resulting from use of the Service.

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
