Privacy Policy

Account info: name, email, phone number, company (provided at signup).

Monitoring data: the website URLs you ask us to monitor, journey definitions, check results, incident records, alert rules.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, device/browser type — used to improve the Service.

Payment info: processed by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.

We do not track your website's visitors. Our checks are synthetic requests from our monitoring infrastructure, not visitor analytics.

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.

To operate the Service: run checks, send alerts, render your dashboard.

To communicate: service notices, billing, support replies.

To improve: aggregated, anonymized usage statistics.

We will never use your phone number or email for marketing without your explicit opt-in.

Your phone number and email are used solely to deliver the alerts you configure.

Message frequency depends on your alert rules. Reply STOP to any SMS to suppress further texts (managed via the suppression list).

Standard carrier rates may apply to SMS you receive.

We share data only with: infrastructure providers (hosting, database) — bound by contract to process data only on our instructions; alert delivery providers (email/SMS gateways) — receive only the contact details and message content needed to deliver your alerts; legal obligations — when required by law or valid legal process.

We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

Active account data is kept while your account exists.

Deleted accounts: personal data removed within 30 days; anonymized aggregate statistics may be retained.

Incident and check history follows your plan's retention window, shown in Settings.

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes (bcrypt); we cannot see them.

Data in transit is encrypted (TLS). Access to production systems is restricted and logged.

No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you promptly of any breach affecting your personal data.

You may at any time: access, correct, or export your personal data (Settings → Export); delete your account and personal data (Settings → Delete account); opt out of non-essential communications.

We use only strictly necessary cookies (login session, security). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance.
